Japan Covid-19 Vaccination Requirement
As of 11 October 2022, many of the travel restrictions applying to entry into Japan have now been lifted. The main remaining restriction that continues to exist on the back of the Coronavirus pandemic is a requirement to be fully vaccinated against Covid-19 or to present a negative Covid-19 test result within 72 prior to entering the country.
"All returnees and entrants will be required to provide either a valid COVID-19 vaccination certificate (3 doses) of vaccines on the Emergency Use List of World Health Organization (WHO) or a certificate of negative result of pre-departure COVID-19 test conducted within 72 hours prior to departing from the original country/region."
You may require an 'International Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate', and the steps to access this are provided at this link.
